The purpose of this assignment was to allow the student to design a parking lot based around a pre-existing 10,121 SF retail building on the provided site. The student had to abide by certain restrictions and regulations in order to have a successful project. The lot required 102 parking spaces, ADA parking, loading area, and ramps, pedestrian crosswalks, and connection from the building to the main road.
