For this final assignment, the student was assigned to design a site plan and parking for a 10,400 SF Medical Office building and a 2,400 SF Starbucks with a drive-thru lane. The Starbucks requires an 8 car minimum stacking lane. A total of 93 parking spaces, including 4 ADA parking, were provided for the site. The student had to complete and present a site, grading, landscape, and lighting plan, along with 6 details of important pieces added to the site.
