COMMERCIAL PROJECT: COMMERCIAL BANK

SPRING 2020

Students worked in groups of 2 to 3 members to design a commercial bank on a provided site plan located in East Islip, New York. The proposed JP Morgan & Chase Bank is to be 20,000 SF with an attached drive through. There are provided setbacks and other site restrictions found in the provided Narrative. The proposed building is to be made of Type II Non-Combustible construction materials and methods.
