The student was to utilize a pre-existing floorplan found online following certain criteria. The home was to have a two car garage, minimum of two bedrooms, and either be one or two stories. The student was to use the general floorplan and customize the design to their preference, adding and removing what seemed necessary. The final submission consisted of a cover sheet, foundation, floor joist, first floor, roof plan, two wall sections, and elevations from a North, South, East, and West viewpoint.
